Koko is the principal owner but spends most mornings grooming using her 30 years of dog showing and pet grooming experience. She does most of the full groomings but is looking for an assistant that can handle scissors and trimming. She does pet stripping and works with customers to achieve a balance between finances and beauty.

Koko is readily available to consult with reception and customers on grooming customer needs.

Koko has one or two bathers that handle most of the basic baths. She supervises these and relies on them for simple grooming. They handle shampooing, clipping, nails blow-dry services and teethe cleaning.
