Hillrose Pet Resort offers the best solution to your pet boarding needs. We have a clean facility, and all sleeping areas are indoors and climate controlled. The exercise areas are private and fully covered, and all areas are cleaned a minimum of 3 times daily. We do more than board your pet—your pet's intake, elimination, and attitude are constantly monitored to ensure a happy, healthy stay. Just like children, a pet's needs change depending upon the situation.

At Hillrose Pet Resort, all pets are on a leash or retractable lead whenever they are not in their private runs. We offer playtimes where your pet has the full attention of a professional handler. The safety of your loved ones is a primary objective.

For those families that adopted their dog from a shelter, your pet has special needs. During the adoption process, your pet was exposed to many visitors poking and inspecting your pet. Putting your dog in a boarding environment that is the same as the shelter causes undue stress. At Hillrose Pet Resort, your pet will only be exposed to tours twice a week to minimize the experiences your pet sufferred during the adoption process. We want your dog to know that you will return and our staff are their providers while you are not available. Your dogs are not up for adoption again and we will do our best to relieve their anxieties.

We monitor your dog's weight during it's stay. If your dog stays more than 6 days, we check your dog's weight at the start, and every three days thereafter to insure that our staff and the feeding instructions are optimum for your pet in our boarding situation. All pets respond differently and our staff are there to provide the best possible care.

We record your pet's boarding areas 24 hours per day 7 days per week. We insure that our staff take care of their needs by a detailed checklist that is signed by our staff and monitored for compliance.
